What do we collect?

When you send a booking request, the form asks for:

• Your name, mobile phone and email
• Your street address (optional) and town
• The type of cleaning, number of bedrooms and bathrooms, how often, the condition of the home and whether you have pets
• Your preferred date and time of day
• Anything you type in the notes box, and the estimate shown to you
• Whether you agree to receive texts about your booking

Please do not put card numbers, passwords or other sensitive details in the form.

How do we use it?

Only to give you a price, schedule your cleaning, confirm the details and contact you about your booking. Your request goes to us as a private message and a copy is kept in our booking records so we can look it up when you reply.

What about text messages?

We only text you if you tick the box on the booking form. Texts are about your booking, such as confirmations, reminders and updates when we start and finish. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time and we stop texting you.

Do you sell or share my information?

We do not sell it, rent it or use it for anything other than your cleaning. We only share it with the services we need to run bookings, such as the payment processor below.

How are payments handled?

The $50 deposit for deep, move-out, post-construction and one-time cleans is paid on a secure page run by Stripe. Stripe handles your card details. We never see or store your full card number. Stripe's own privacy policy applies to your payment information.

What about this website?

This site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser may contact Google when a page loads. Links to other sites, such as Instagram, follow their own privacy policies.

What are your choices?

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the information you sent us at any time. Email aquidneckislandhousekeeping25@gmail.com and we will take care of it.
